I emerged from a challenging childhood in a disadvantaged Kansas City neighborhood, resolved not to let my hardships deter me from becoming my best self. After working my way through college, I landed a well-paid position in the technology sector, where I could have comfortably remained.

But after losing my sister to senseless violence, I found a network of unlimited support at Solace House in Prairie Village, Kansas. I decided I needed to evolve if I genuinely wanted to achieve personal fulfillment. I was chosen to participate in Sir Richard Branson’s TV show Rebel Billionaire from among hundreds of candidates. I had the opportunity to travel the world and gain wisdom from distinguished business and political luminaries such as Branson and Nelson Mandela.

The unique experiences I had gathered in Kansas City and around the globe fired me up to serve others while excelling at my career. These days, I use my leadership, passion, compassion, and motivation to positively impact the lives of others through my training, coaching, inspirational speaking, and even everyday encounters.
