3E, LLC (Emerge • Evolve • Excel)

Jermaine Jamison is an authentic and passionate entrepreneur, executive, and public speaker with over 20 years of experience partnering with individuals and organizations to create and implement strategies aligned with their specific goals and objectives. He is the Founder and C.E.O. of 3E, LLC. (Emerge.Evolve.Excel), a provider of Talent Management Consulting, DE&I Consulting, and Executive Leadership Coaching and Training.

Jermaine was born to a 14-year-old single mother. He spent his youth and teenage years living in extreme poverty and witnessing the devastation caused by parental drug abuse and drug addiction while surviving without many essential resources. Jermaine struggled with self-esteem, self-worth, self-confidence, but he experienced a life-changing moment at age seventeen when he allowed himself to be vulnerable, asked for help.

The experiences of Jermaine’s journey helped him understand his purpose in life and living life under the guise of “successes in life are not determined by our circumstances but by our choices. Every day we can choose to be average, good, or great, and we must own the choice we make. It doesn’t matter if it’s an individual or a multi-billion-dollar organization, I suggest not complaining about what you don’t have, instead look in the mirror and ask yourself why you don’t have it.”

Jermaine’s authentic approach to connecting with and engaging others on a human level, his commitment to helping others is an asset to our community, the people, and the organizations he serves. Jermaine is a moral entrepreneur and defines it as “one who models and teaches the principles of right behavior while assuming the risk of personal criticism.”

Being a moral entrepreneur is about using personal freedoms to establish greatness in a positive capacity. It’s about allowing yourself to be the best person you can be while living the life you want to live. A person must set goals, assess what is getting in the way of achieving those goals, adjust, and then go for it!

Jermaine earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Emporia State University, specializing in Human Development, Sociological Paradigms, and Family Studies. Jermaine holds Talent Management, DE&I, and Coaching certifications and accreditations from Transformation Academy, E.C.A., and an ACECC Designation.
